«A mirror, a thousand reflections»

Welcome to: «A Mirror, a Thousand Reflections» In our school of arts and crafts, where we do NOT give away fish, we teach how to fish by making footwear and other garments with ecological leather and related materials

We believe in teaching skills that transform lives. By training people to make products from eco-leather, we offer them the opportunity to build a sustainable future for themselves and their communities. Each workshop is an open door to economic independence and environmental protection.»

«A mirror, a thousand reflections»! With more than 30 years of solid experience, our international training program is a beacon of self-sustainability for communities and their families.

We do not deliver fish, we teach how to fish with environmental awareness, impacting lives and ecosystems.

From the craft of making shoes to the empowerment of single or vulnerable mothers and people with and without disabilities, among other areas of action and rescue, we weave stories of social and environmental transformation.

Join this journey where each step is an echo of change.

The EKILIVRIO DE LOS ANGELES Foundation is at the forefront of ecological leather production, standing out as a pioneering example in an industry that urgently demands transformation. We not only lead with innovation, but we share our knowledge through advice and training to drive a significant change in the production model of other industries

Our jewel, the «One Mirror, a Thousand Reflections» school, not only trains ecological leather artisans, but also acts as a catalyst for projects that teach people with and without disabilities to produce and make footwear. This synergy, in collaboration with the CEBYCAM-CES Foundation and the support of Father Jaime Álvarez, not only transforms lives but represents a valuable response in times of poverty and pollution.

«THE SCHOOL OF ARTS AND CRAFTS»

«THE SCHOOL OF ARTS AND CRAFTS», is much more than a training space. It is a transformative initiative where we teach how to fish, not just how to give the fish. Our goal is to empower people in vulnerable situations, providing them with practical and valuable skills that allow them to build a more solid and self-sufficient future.

In partnership with local and international NGOs, we train our beneficiaries in eco-leather clothing projects. This environmentally friendly material becomes the basis for products that not only promote sustainability, but also generate decent employment and economic opportunities for those who need it most.

  • Training: We offer workshops on eco-leather clothing and design, where people acquire skills to create quality products.
  • Empowerment: People trained at the School not only acquire technical knowledge, but also tools to manage their own businesses.
  • Community impact: This initiative strengthens the local economy, encourages community collaboration, and reduces economic dependency, all while taking care of the planet.

We are teaching how to build a better future, one product at a time!
